　　三、结论
　　“的”字短语是汉语法律文本所特有的也是极其常用的一类短语，它在各方面所具有的独特性是显而易见的，也是其他短语所不能取代的。汉语法律文本中“的”字短语的运用有着不同的功能与目的在翻译的时候，应联系上下文来理解原文，根据其功能的不同译成不同的形式，使译文从语言形式到文化内涵都再现了源语的风格和精神。
