基于对外贸易需求的高职国际商务专业群建设实践(2)

注重学习素质的养成。理解与模仿是大多数高职学生的学习习惯,这一习惯有利于学生快速掌握基本知识与基本技能。要让学生会分析、会思考、会推理。可以安排学生参与诸如企业销售渠道拓展的研究与实践,产业发展方向

  注重学习素质的养成。理解与模仿是大多数高职学生的学习习惯,这一习惯有利于学生快速掌握基本知识与基本技能。要让学生会分析、会思考、会推理。可以安排学生参与诸如“企业销售渠道拓展的研究与实践”,“产业发展方向的研究与实践”,“政策调整的研究与实践”等项目内容。
  注重社会服务能力的培养。国际商务专业的学生由于要面向多种职业岗位,以及与这些职业岗位相对应的社会服务内容,如产品推介、志愿导游、展馆翻译、随团讲解等要与专业知识、专业技能紧密结合。专业群的课程建设应增加社会服务的内容[3],可以通过在不同专业分设不同社会服务内容达到培养学生多种社会服务能力的目的。
  (三)实训基地建设强调资源互补与共享
  该专业群的基地建设,要强调实训的专业目的性,在同一个职业岗位上要明确不同专业的实训内容和实训侧重,实训指导教师可以根据参加实训学生的专业特性以及学生对职业内容的特长爱好对学生进行不同的指导和培训,同时,要强调职业岗位的完整性,确保学生能够掌握相对完整的职业能力。
  (四)师资队伍建设的产教结合
  要让教师掌握与专业群相对应的多种岗位的职业技能,养成良好职业素质。在经常性地参与岗位轮训的同时,还要始终关注外贸产业动态,研究产业发展规律,将教育教学内容引导到正确的产业发展方向上。

  The Practice of Higher Vocational International Business Specialty Group Construction Based on Foreign Trade Demand

  Abstract The practice of international business specialty group construction is to meet the needs of multi-skills and high-quality foreign trade talents training. The requirements of foreign-trade engaged people are becoming more and more demanding, such as specialization and comprehensiveness of knowledge, diversity and complexity of ability, integrity and growth of quality, therefore international business specialty group construction needs to build international trade major as the core, to develop foreign affairs management, computerized accounting, electronic business, business English and other major construction as the auxiliary, the curriculum and the teaching material construction should reflect the regional characteristic industry, which make for personalized development, cultivation of learning ability and social service ability of students. Practice base construction lays emphasis on mutual support between the various professional complementary. Teaching team construction emphasizes the combination of production and teaching and training of various professional skills.
