一是用带有荧光标记的重组remorin或re— morin的抗体,分离出磷酸化remorin的激酶以及 在OGA信号通路中和remorin结合的下游分子, 进而分析remorin在OGA通路中的作用.
二是深入研究remorin蛋白的结构.物质的结 构决定其功能,如我们可以从remorin形成纤维结 构推测它与膜骨架或细胞骨架形成有关.提取高 纯度的remorin或在酵母中表达具有构像的re— morin晶体化,经x.衍射或核磁共振分析获得它 的结构域和功能域信息,为我们推测删morin功能 提供依据.
第三方面研究植物脂筏的功能.Remorin蛋 白存在于脂筏上且是脂筏的主要成分,它的功能 应与脂筏的功能相关.植物脂筏是目前研究的热 点,它的功能包括信号转导,物质的极性分泌,膜 泡运输,细胞凋亡及病毒对宿主细胞的入 侵Ⅲ圳,并且有更多的功能将会被发现.承担这 些功能主要是脂筏上的蛋白质,脂筏仅给这些功 能蛋白提供一个平台使它们更集中㈣】.因此,脂 筏给我们提供了另一途径来研究remorin的功能.
