　　Abstract: In recent years, the problem of agricultural development to become China's academic circles research hotspot. In addition to the development of agriculture and technology and manpower capital respect, capital and policy tendency has been one of the key factors influencing its development. Affected by the traditional mode of production of agriculture of influence our country, agricultural production efficiency is low, weak risk resistance capacity and market factors, has seriously affected the development of our country agriculture and our country agriculture structure and production mode transformation, so the Sino-Japanese agriculture development and financial support on the relevant literature review and analysis, for the future financial support for agricultural development of the in-depth study to provide reference.
