　　Abstract：According to the two national economic census data in 2004 and 2008, and related statistical data, we emphasis on discussing the spatial distribution and evolution of mining industry and manufacturing industry form 2004 to 2008. Carried out from the angles of region and industry, with the indexes of regional specialization, industrial agglomeration and spatial distribution, the study further analyses the main sub-industry's characteristics of distribution and transfer, and then explains the main reasons which affect the industrial distribution and transfer.
