在图１中还可以看到，导致低水平合作的农业内部的分工抑制，但是社会分工抑制的存在是产生农业剩余劳动力的原因，因此，解决农业内部分工的困境，首先要解决农业外部分工的问题，即社会分工的问题，具体来说，就是要消除农村劳动力转移的障碍，农民参与城市分工，使剩余劳动力实现顺利转移，提高农业生产率、转换农业结构，实现农业规模经营，有利于生产要素的优化配置和分工深化。社会分工与农业内部分工两个层次是不断交互作用不断深化的过程，一方面，农业内部分工以社会分工为前提，另一方面，社会分工是以各生产组织内部分工导致的劳动多样化而不断扩大的，农业内部的分工对推动整个社会分工也有重要的作用。

Division of Suppression and Farmer’s Economic Cooperation

Abstract:Generation process of agricultural development is the deepening of division. Division is both a prerequisite of farmer’s economic cooperation and the results of economic cooperation. Suppression of division of famer mainly has two aspects, a suppression of non-agricultural division and that within the agricultural division of suppression. There is kind of cause and effect relationship between farmers’ low levels of cooperation and the division of suppression. Suppression on farmers’ cooperation is formed by division and has feedback mechanisms. With division of suppression as a starting point, it leads to lower level of the farmers’ cooperation which is continuously self-reinforced. To resolve the problem, we must solve the problem of non-agricultural division so that the surplus labor force will be smoothly transferred, the optimal allocation of factors deepened, and labor division achieved.
